What would you do with Plymouth’s historic Salvation Army building with its spectacular ocean views and brick and stone architecture?

This 7,000-square-foot building is finally up for sale at $2 million.

Residential condos?  Restaurant?  Hotel?  Office Space?  Cinema?  Single-family “mansion”?  An Animal House-like dorm filled with loud, rambunctious boys to keep the Plymouth Police and Plymouth Independent busy?

Originally built as a church in 1903, the building has – get this – ample parking! Resting atop Cole’s Hill, the structure sports panoramic views of Plymouth Harbor, Plymouth Long Beach and ocean beyond, and a great shot of Plymouth Rock and the Mayflower II.

Plymouth Architect Bill Fornaciari says he has been approached by developers for his “thoughts…with condos being the main push.” Plymouth zoning allows for a range of uses.
