What would you like to see on the hideous site that once housed Bert’s Restaurant?
Options:
1. A developer-proposed four-story building with a restaurant, lounge and wraparound decks, which would be built on posts to, hopefully, weather storms?
2. An informally proposed plan by engaged residents for an oceanside park, particularly for seniors who can’t easily negotiate steps and the ramp at adjacent Plymouth Long Beach.
3. Coney Island’s Ferris Wheel.
4. A mob-run gambling joint.
5. Your idea?
The Plymouth Selectboard will meet tonight to discuss the developer’s proposal in a closed-door session. The proposal at its current scale (or smaller) will likely require Zoning Board and Planning Board approvals and special permits.
